The flamingo is one of my favourite birds . I especially enjoyed mixing the outrageous violets, corals and pale yellows. I felt compelled to work on a large format but this 36" X 48" canvas had its challenges as I transported it weekly to the Paul Richard James Atelier in Hamilton for valuable guidance.
