Chassagne Farm invites you to pre-order your Pheasants from us.
 
We are pleased to offer our first season’s supply of wonderful Ring-necked Pheasants. These birds hatched at Chassagne in the spring and summer. They receive a delicious diet of local grains and seeds, freshly cut alfalfa and grasses from our back fields, as well as herbs, vines, weeds and flowers from the property.
 
The birds will be processed at a local government inspected facility. They will be available for pick-up at Chassagne near the end of October. Our pheasants are naturally organic and free ranged. The pheasant has always been regarded by connoisseurs to be the most luxurious of the poultry meats. Cooking tips and recipes included. Each bird will be packaged in a poultry bag with a label and weight. One pheasant weighs about two pounds and can be served to two adults; two pheasants to three or four adults.
